From the Palisades Parkway

Take exit 5N onto route 303 North.  At 2nd traffic light make a RIGHT onto Route 340.  Follow past St. Thomas Aquinas College campus and turn LEFT at sign for Route 9W (Mountain House Restaurant on corner).  Go straight through traffic light onto 9W North and bare RIGHT at sign for "Business District."  At stop sign turn RIGHT and go down hill.  Go through one stop sign and then make RIGHT onto Bay Street.  Go down hill to stop sign and make LEFT onto Piermont Ave.  We are on right hand side.

From NY State Thruway South (287 East)

Take Exit 11 (Nyack/Last Exit before toll).  At end of exit ramp make a LEFT onto Route 59 East.  At first light make a RIGHT onto Route 9W Southbound.  Follow for approximately 3 and 1/2 miles until you see sign for "Business District" on your right.  Bare LEFT at the sign onto Broadway.  At stop sign make LEFT and go down the hill.  Go through one stop sign and then make RIGHT onto Bay Street.  Go down hill to stop sign and make LEFT onto Piermont Ave.  We are on right hand side.

From NY State Thruway North (287 West)/Westchester County

Take Tappan Zee Bridge to Rockland County side and take exit 10 (1st exit after the bridge).  Follow sign for Route 9W Southbound.  Travel approximately 2 and 1/2 miles until you see sign for "Business District" on your right.  Bare LEFT at the sign onto Broadway.  At stop sign make LEFT and go down the hill.  Go through one stop sign and then make RIGHT onto Bay Street.  Go down hill to stop sign and make LEFT onto Piermont Ave.  We are on right hand side.

From Route 9W South (North Rockland)

Take 9W South towards Nyack.  Pass Nyack Hospital and continue on 9W South until you see sign for Village of Piermont on your right.  Half mile further will be sign for business district - Bare LEFT at the sign onto Broadway.  At stop sign make LEFT and go down the hill.  Go through one stop sign and then make RIGHT onto Bay Street.  Go down hill to stop sign and make LEFT onto Piermont Ave.  We are on right hand side.

From Route 9W North (NYC/George Washington Bridge)

Take George Washington Bridge, stay in right lane and exit for Palisades Interstate Parkway.  Follow Palisades Parkway to exit 4.  At end of exit ramp make LEFT onto Route 9W North.  Follow over small bridge, through one light, and bare RIGHT at sign for "Business District."   At stop sign turn RIGHT and go down hill.  Go through one stop sign and then make RIGHT onto Bay Street.  Go down hill to stop sign and make LEFT onto Piermont Ave.  We are on right hand side.

From Newark/New Jersey Turnpike

North on New Jersey Turnpike.  Pay toll at Exit 18 [left side] (Turnpike turns into I-95 North at toll).  Get in right lanes towards George Washington Bridge.  The road splits into Express and Local Lanes.  Stay right for Local Lanes.  Get in middle lane of Local Lanes and go 3 miles to Exit 72 ("Last Exit in NJ", Fort Lee, Palisades Parkway, Route 9w).  Take Left at light onto Fletcher Street and Follow signs for Route 9W/Palisades Parkway.  Get in right lane and go 1/2 mile (past 4 lights) [Linwood Plaza on left, Mobil station on right]  Look carefully for brown Palisades Parkway sign and bear Right onto Palisades Parkway North.  Go approximately 11 miles to Exit 4 (Route 9W).  At end of exit ramp make LEFT onto Route 9W North.  Follow over small bridge, through one light, and bare RIGHT at sign for "Business District."   At stop sign turn RIGHT and go down hill.  Go through one stop sign and then make RIGHT onto Bay Street.  Go down hill to stop sign and make LEFT onto Piermont Ave.  We are on right hand side.
